Dear Evil Skippy:
One of my employees accidentally exposed herself at work — to customers and co-workers alike. Should I fire her?

Your letter raises questions that are going to keep me up at night. Here are some of them:
- What do you mean by “accidentally”?
- What was exposed? A body part? Her secret past?
- Was she wearing a company uniform? (Because if a wardrobe malfunction really was involved, it could be YOUR fault).
In the absence of useful details, I will take you at your word and assume this was a true accident and refer you to my post from a few years ago, “Should An Employee Be Fired For Making A Mistake?” Happy reading.
