Dear Evil Skippy:
I thought it would be fun to have a Halloween party at work. My boss rejected the idea. I still want to wear a costume on the 31st. My boss rejected that idea too. As long as my outfit is not slutty, can I be fired for wearing a costume after my boss said not to?

Why exert time and effort on a costume? Based on your question, you could be a Zombie Victim as you already are – it appears as though your brain has been eaten away by something. (If it hasn’t, how on earth could you even wonder if it is possible to be fired for doing the opposite of what your boss instructs?)
Grow up. Wear a costume on your own time.
