Summer is here and so are the smells. In particular, one of my employees stinks. He wears his shirts several (several!) times before laundering. It is not so great during cool weather but in the peak of summer, it gets pretty bad. Would you give me some tips about how to have “the talk” with him? I am new to supervising and this is feeling very awkward already.
Take advantage of the season and arrange for a spontaneous water balloon fight – preferably outdoors. Coordinate in advance who will be the primary target (but there is no need to fill him in on that part of the plan). Fill one or two of the balloons with Fabreeze and you’re good to go.
